IT leadership by day. Increasingly focused on what AI means for the messy middle. Not the frontier model hype. The existing capabilities are already mind-boggling; the gap is implementation. Scattered documents, integration friction, the workflows nobody wants to touch. That’s where the leverage is. Building things on the side. Some of it might become something; most won’t. The hunger for information never stops - books, podcasts, rabbit holes. But the shift now is toward creating, not just consuming. Writing more, sharing publicly, building a body of work. Input without output is just entertainment.
